Ware Malcomb Announces Bill Roberts as General Counsel to Support Continued Growth
Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, announced today that Bill Roberts has joined the company as General Counsel. In this newly created role, Roberts will oversee all aspects of the firm’s legal functions and provide legal, risk, and compliance counsel for their growing number of offices across the Americas.

Roberts joins Ware Malcomb from a global architecture firm, where he served as General Counsel & Director of Legal Affairs. He has more than two decades of industry experience serving as in-house legal counsel within the design, infrastructure, environmental services and engineering consulting sectors. Roberts earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University, an MBA from the University of Southern California, and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, he earned a certificate in International Economics from The London School of Economics.
Roberts currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Risk Management Program at the University of Southern California and is a licensed attorney in the state of California.
