Teknion Announces the Promotion of Maxine Mann to the Position of Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Sustainability Officer

Maxine Mann is promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Sustainability Officer. “Since becoming President US in 2008, she has worked tirelessly to strengthen and establish a stronger connection with our US distribution network. A strategic leader, Maxine has navigated us through difficult times all the while growing our clients in the US.  A consummate relationship and team builder, she is responsible for creating a committed organization to support her. I am confident that Maxine will bring her contagious energy and enthusiasm, as well as her drive for success to this new assignment” said David Feldberg, Teknion President and CEO.

Maxine has driven strategic and operational planning, and leading her team in outpacing industry growth rates while substantially increasing profitability. In this new role, Maxine will have P&L responsibility for the geographic divisions around the world in addition to leading the Architectural Interiors division, LUUM textiles and Sales Effectiveness. She will also provide governance as a member of Teknion’s Executive Committee. Maxine has been a frequent contributor to Fortune Magazine’s Most Powerful Women (MPW) Forum on topics ranging from leadership, productivity, management, and hiring. Maxine has two daughters, Sydney and Becca. She is also proud to serve as President, Board of Directors for PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) and lives with their two rescue dogs, Lucy and Walter.

“Maxine brings breadth of experience and a new perspective to this unique role which combines responsibility for leading Teknion’s worldwide sales organization with advancing our corporate wide commitment to sustainability,” said David Feldberg. “This dual role was created in 2011 and held by Scott Deugo, whose experience in manufacturing, design and marketing leadership provided a solid foundation for guiding Teknion’s sustainability advancements. Scott brought his passion for the environment and sustainability to each of his roles and has insured that important sustainable practices have been built into our operations.” Scott will be retiring from this position and will continue with Teknion as an advisor.

Teknion is also pleased to announce that Roger Schlick who joined Teknion in 2014 as Vice President of US Sales is promoted to President, Teknion US. “Roger has demonstrated his passion for our people, products, design, and distribution partners, while driving growth for our collective organizations,” said David Feldberg. Roger brings almost 20 years of industry experience to his new role.
