Matt Prochaska Named Vice President of Sales for Neutral Posture
Matt Prochaska has been named the Vice President of Sales for Neutral Posture. At Neutral Posture, a woman-owned small business furniture manufacturer, Prochaska will be responsible for implementing overall sales operations strategies, the achievement of Neutral Postureās growth goals, managing Neutral Postureās network of sales representatives and supporting initiatives to meet customersā needs.
He brings a solid background of experience having spent twenty-two years in the furniture industry. Starting in the industry as a plant manager then VP of Sales, Marketing and Product Development to President and National Sales Manager, Prochaska increased productivity, introduced new products, increased overall sales and gross margins and successfully completed relocations of facilities and acquisitions of companies among other career accomplishments. Prochaska is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Master of Arts in International Communication.
