Mancini Duffy Expands Key Leadership to Support Firm Reinvention
Mancini Duffy announces that principals Scott Harrell LEED AP and William Mandara Jr. AIA have been named part owners of the firm.
This comes as part of a larger, ambitious reinvention for the firm which included Christian Giordano becoming majority owner and Dana Jenkins, formerly of Jenkins & Grey, being named the managing principal of the firm’s new Millburn, New Jersey office—all within the course of the first half of 2017.

Scott Harrell and Bill Mandara have the right combination of experience and vision to help guide the firm as we move forward into our second century of practice.”
Scott Harrell started with Mancini Duffy in 2004, becoming principal in 2013. With more than 20 years of project management expertise in all areas of interior architectural design, he places particular value on nurturing long-term client relationships; this includes his work with the Federal Reserve Bank, Estée Lauder, AOL, and Aramark. Looking to grow the firm’s business in the aviation sector, his current work includes multiple projects with American Airlines, as well as interior projects for several major airlines through LaGuardia Gateway Partners. Harrell holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute.
Since joining Mancini Duffy in 2006, Bill Mandara has been a strong advocate for staff development; he recognizes that by putting the firm’s people first, they will in turn put its clients’ needs first. Active in all aspects of project development and management from initial design through to construction and project closeout, Mandara has been working on several building repositioning projects for Normandy Real Estate and multiple tenant office build-outs at the Bell Works complex. Named a principal in 2014, he is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology.
