IIDEXWoodshop at the Toronto Design Offsite Festival 2016
We’re excited to announce that the ever-popular special feature IIDEXWoodshop is going to be a part of TO DO 16 this month. From January 18 to 22 here’s another chance to view 14 winning innovative, market-ready commercial and consumer prototypes, created by Canadian and international designers. Don’t miss ‘Making the Most of Toronto’s Urban Wood ‘Waste’, a talk sponsored by CaGbc, taking place Monday, January 18, from 7 – 8:30 p.m. in the City Hall Member’s Lounge, Toronto, followed by the Urban Wood Reception from 8:30 – 10 p.m. in the Rotunda. Toronto Design Offsite Festival 2016
Presented by Keilhauer, the Toronto Design Offsite Festival transforms the city into a hub for design with over 80 events and exhibitions across the city. They take design out of the studio and into the the community, bringing people together to celebrate Canada’s design scene, January 18 – 24, 2016. Remember: 90% of events are free. Travel to Brazil and Vitoria Stone Fair
Following the success of the Brazilian mission of designers and architects to IIDEXCanada 2015, Canadian specifiers and buyers have been invited to attend Vitoria Stone Fair on a travel subsidy program. It includes $500 CAD towards airfare, three night accommodation, free entry into the fair and more, from February 16 to 19, 2016.Make connections with Brazilian stone and tile providers and specify products for future projects.
