IIDA proudly announces the winners of the IIDA/Contract Magazine Showroom and Booth Design Awards. This year’s awards honor originality of design, visual impact, effective use of materials, and the outstanding use of space, color, texture, lighting, and graphics in branded environments crafted for NeoCon. All winners will be celebrated at the trade show, with Best of Competition honors going to Steelcase, designed by Shimoda Design Group.
“These awards highlight the creativity and ingenuity required to design spaces that attract, educate, and entertain when space is limited,” said IIDA Executive Vice President and CEO Cheryl S. Durst, Hon. FIIDA. “We’re pleased to congratulate the firms and manufacturers for their highly impactful design work at NeoCon 50.”
The jury panel reviewing this year’s competition included Monika Avery, IIDA, NCIDQ, principal, S/L/A/M Collaborative Inc.; Christina Brown, NCIDQ, principal, Eastlake Studio; Arthur Garcia-Clemente, IIDA, NCIDQ, interior designer, Partners by Design; and Susanne Molina, FIIDA, CID, principal, ONE design collective.
