HLW Announces Staff Promotions and New Hire at New Jersey Office

HLW, the global architecture, interiors, and planning firm, is pleased to announce two promotions and one new hire in the firm’s Madison, New Jersey office — Gina Racz has been promoted to Senior Associate, Wendy Ceron has been promoted to Associate, and Melissa Insinga joins the team as Senior Designer.

Wendy Ceron, Associate
Since joining HLW over two years ago, Wendy’s collaborative spirit and ambition has made her integral to the firm. Wendy is an intermediate designer who is always looking to learn new design and software techniques in order to improve the team’s processes and deliverables. She is a multifaceted team member who is able to perform both job captain and interior designer responsibilities and exceeds expectations on projects for her team.

Melissa Insinga, Senior Designer
Melissa joins the firm as Senior Designer. With over 20 years of design experience specializing in law and corporate interiors, her impressive portfolio also includes manufacturing and training facilities. Melissa is a passionate team player and brings creative vision to all her projects. She will play a key role in the continued expansion of HLW’s innovative work in New Jersey.
