HALCON Furniture Announces Company-Wide Bonuses
HALCON announced today that the company is distributing year-end bonuses to all employees. This is the third consecutive year that discretionary bonuses have been given company-wide.
“As was the case for so many in 2020, this was also a difficult year for the contract office furniture industry,” said Ben Conway, President at HALCON Furniture. “We have been continually impressed with how our entire team has responded to the unique challenges of this year and we thank them for their efforts and dedication.”
Every employee will receive a bonus on December 11th, including pro-rated bonuses for newer hires. In addition to the year-end bonuses, HALCON has maintained their long-standing tradition of providing Thanksgiving turkeys and Holiday hams to all employees. Confronted with the uncertainties of COVID-19, HALCON also took additional steps in March, which included giving all hourly manufacturing employees an additional two weeks of paid time off to assist them in navigating the myriad of challenges surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic.
