Thousands Of Interior Designers Attending SunCon 2016

suncon2SunCon, a must attend-event for commercial interior professionals in South Florida, is proud to announce its fourth annual event will be held on February 25th, 2016 at the Broward Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale. Presented by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), SunCon is a hub for vibrantly connecting interior designers, architects, facility managers, dealers, design students and other industry members to innovative ideas and the latest leading-edge products in the industry. At SunCon, attendees have numerous networking opportunities as well as exhibitor recognition and awards, and a plethora of booth displays by contract manufacturers from around the world. Ticket registration is free through the SunCon website until February 18th and $25 at the door thereafter.

suncon3SunCon kicks off on February 25th with event registration at 9am. Browse, network and visit exhibitor booths, and then head to the cocktail party at 5pm. People’s Choice and Student Awards begin promptly at 6pm, and the event will draw to a close by 7:30pm. The event presents all-day networking opportunities for all attendees as well as plenty of sponsor giveaways.

Ticket registration for SunCon is free through the SunCon website. Attendees can register for complimentary tickets up until a week before the event, until February 22nd, 2016. For a supplementary $25, SunCon attendees can register to take “The ABC’S of the New ADA  and the FACBC – Advanced,” an Advanced Building Code course that addresses the specific requirements of the updated Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction and the 2010  ADA Standards. Taught by Larry M. Schneider, AIA, the course will run from 9:30am until 11:30am during SunCon. The course has been approved by the BOAID as a 2-hour advanced building code course.
