The Spring/Summer 2018 collection presented by Swiss fashion house Akris is a tribute to his versatile and vibrant oeuvre. Designed by Alexander Girard in 1953 for his own home in Santa Fe, the Wooden Dolls express moods ranging from joyful to grim. To this day, each wooden figure is carefully painted by hand.
