The highly anticipated event will draw some of the best of the design world to a stunning dining environment in support of the organizations that are working to prevent, treat, and educate in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Roche Bobois’ continued participation in DIFFA reflects their dedicated support of this important cause.

2015.1109.Nwy.Roche Bobois.DIFFA Dining by DesignRoche Bobois and Nicholas Moriarty have created the ultimate dining experience with a unique concept: reimagining the traditional dining space, pushing the boundaries of your standard table and chairs. For the designer, the space should allow you to focus on the most important components of a dinner – the people and good conversations.

The Roche Bobois pieces chosen for the space have an unprecedented essence of both the physical and visual notion of comfort. “I wanted to create a space that was evocative of the most luxurious encampment one could stumble upon,” Moriarty said.

The richly textured VOYAGE IMMOBILE Modular Sofa, organic IRON TREE cocktail table, playful TANDEM end table, iconic LEGEND bookcase and whimsical CIRRUS lamps come together to create a unique atmosphere where one can envision being both indoors or outdoors. Moriarty says that the space “begs the question of whether you’re sitting in a chic tent or in the open air.”

Roche Bobois and Nicholas Moriarty were the perfect brand/designer pairing for bringing to life a carefully curated vision with a unique and meticulous selection of materials, finishes, and finer details. Maya Romanoff Anniversary Collection Snowflake wallcoverings and Merida Sisal Rug add the final touch to Moriarty’s limitless vision.
