We are thrilled to announce that the METROCON17 Keynote Address will be delivered by Sandy Chilewich and Joe Sultan, partners in life, work, and innovation, and the dynamic duo behind the company Chilewich | Sultan LLC.
Acting as Creative Director and CEO, respectively, Sandy and Joe oversee the design, manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of products – including placemats, floor mats, wall-to-wall carpeting, floor tiles, wallcovering and upholstery – sold through various distribution channels around the world under the Chilewich name.
Sandy and Joe have created a global brand recognized for exquisitely beautiful, high performance products made almost exclusively in the USA. As their products can be found in restaurants, offices, stores, healthcare facilities and homes, together they touch and influence spaces where the world dines, works, shops, heals, and lives.

METROCON focuses on introducing new products and ideas to the Southwest region’s community of interior designers, architects, facility managers, design students and other essential industry members.
As METROCON is a not-for-profit entity, income from the event goes back to the chapters to fund valuable programming, scholarships, and other benefits for chapter members, as well as to allow the chapters to support their respective foundations and make donations to the charities of their choice.
