Liz Syrakis Selected as New Gunlocke Business Development Manager for Greater NYC Area
Gunlocke announces the addition of Liz Syrakis to its Greater New York City team. As a business development manager for the leading contract furniture manufacturer, Syrakis will work to strengthen the company’s position in her market, enhancing relationships with members of the architecture and design community, building brand awareness and identifying opportunities for sales. She reports to Donna Dapice, Metro New York regional manager.
Previously to Gunlocke, Syrakis served as an A&D market manager at Inscape with West Elm Workspace, as well as an A&D workplace consultant at Steelcase. At Steelcase, Syrakis developed and influenced sales opportunities with New York’s leading A&D firms. There, she also addressed clients’ top business issues through creative design solutions – skills that will serve her well in her new Gunlocke role.
Syrakis earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Ohio University. She is LEED AP certified and a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
