Landscape Forms Names New Vice Presidents of Group Operations and Finance
Appointments Advance Executive Management Succession Plan
Landscape Forms, North America’s leading designer and manufacturer of high-design site furniture and advanced LED lighting, has announced the appointments of Daniel Waugh, PMP, as Vice President, Group Operations and Jodi L. Havera, CPA, as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. In the newly created Group Operations role, Mr. Waugh is responsible for integrating Production, Supply Chain, LEAN and Engineering to ensure alignment and improve efficiencies that create a world-class product development and production system. Ms. Havera, who will assume her position effective April 1, 2016, will be responsible for providing oversight of all Landscape Forms finance and auditing functions and leadership of the IT Department. As members of the executive team, Mr. Waugh and Ms. Havera are charged with developing and implementing long-term business strategies that grow sales and profitability.
“Since 2000, Landscape Forms has doubled its revenue every six years, opened new facilities, and expanded our sales and service across the US and the world,” explains Landscape Forms President, Richard Heriford. “During this period of rapid growth, several members of our long-serving executive team reached retirement and we have adopted a strategic succession plan for building robust leadership for a sustainable future. Daniel and Jodi are critical to a strong executive team that can lead the company forward. They are proven leaders who bring new ways of looking at our company and new ideas to help us grow.”
Prior to joining Landscape Forms, Mr. Waugh had a 25-year career at Steelcase, most recently as Global Program Manager where he managed product programs for multiple business categories with combined $190M annual sales. In this capacity he achieved notable success in creating new frameworks and processes to drive innovation and operational efficiency. A graduate of Ferris State University, he has been awarded seven patents and is named on 11 patent filings.
Ms. Havera was formerly Chief Financial Officer for Ship-Pac, Inc. and acted as its financial representative during the sale of the company to HP Products in 2014. Following the sale she was responsible for the profitability of Ship-Pac as a branch of HP Products and acted as the liaison between Ship-Pac and two parent companies to implement corporate objectives while maintaining Ship-Pac expertise and differentiation in the market. A graduate of Western Michigan University, she is a Certified Public Accountant.
