Landscape Forms Appoints New Vice President of Culture
Announcement Affirms Company Commitment to Cultural Legacy
Landscape Forms, North America’s leading designer and manufacturer of high-design site furniture and advanced LED lighting, announces the appointment of Jim Marshall as Vice President, Culture. Mr. Marshall will oversee all day-to-day functions of the company’s People Department, including compensation and benefits, recruiting, and employee relations. In addition he will help design and implement Individual Employee Development programs, improve corporate Employee Performance Review programs and rally team members to own and advance Landscape Forms’ unique culture.

Prior to joining Landscape Forms, Mr. Marshall designed and carried out international Leadership Development and Training programs at MANN+HUMMEL Group; and at Humanergy, Inc. designed and delivered customized coaching, facilitation, training and tools to achieve high performance across multiple industries and types of organizations.
