Grading the Ratings: Looking Back, Looking Ahead
The discussion organized by the IIDA NY Chapter’s Sustainability Forum is a continuation of the series of two events called Grading the Ratings. The first event took place at Delos office and looked at WELL Building Standard, the second event took place at CookFox office and we discussed LEEDv4 and Living Building Challenge.
This spring we continue the discussion of rating systems and arranged for a panel discussion with people involved in WELL, LEED, and LBC certified projects – Delos headquarters and CookFox office. We will hear the perspective of the designer, owner, engineer, and contractor that were involved in these projects. Each person will have a few minutes to share their experience of working with the rating system, comment on the process, and the outcome. This will be followed by a Q&A session. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
