IIDA Names Winners of the 10th Annual Best of Asia Pacific Design Awards
IIDA is pleased to announce the winners of the 2022 Best of Asia Pacific Design Awards. The annual competition seeks to recognize and honor the highest level of creativity and elevate the expectations of excellence in interior design and interior architecture projects across the Asia Pacific region.
“It is an honor to showcase the tremendously talented designers represented in this region,” said IIDA Executive Vice President and CEO, Cheryl S. Durst, Hon. FIIDA. “The winners demonstrated projects that move the user experience forward while sparking thoughtful conversation about where the future of design can go.
Entries were reviewed by a jury of design professionals including Emily Huang, Principal Founding Partner, Huang Iboshi Architecture, Inc; Kimberly Frank, IIDA, Principal, GGLO; Ryoka Okada, Principal, ODA.
“This year’s projects had eye-catching and incredible detail, while incorporating vibrant aesthetics of the region’s many cultures,” said Huang on behalf of the jury. “Each firm utilized innovative elements and approaches across use of space, floor plans, and state-of-the-art furnishings.”
