IA Interior Architects – Northern California Appointments
The Executive Leadership of IA Interior Architects is pleased to announce some exciting developments in our Bay Area Offices, and within the firm. Mick McCullough, AIA, NCARB, will be vacating his Managing Director role of the San Francisco office to focus exclusively on his new role as Chief Operating Officer for the firm. Tied into this, we have promoted Don Lam, AIA, LEED AP, as Managing Director Bay Area Region. In this position, Don will lead IA’s San Francisco office and oversight of the Silicon Valley office, which he has guided since 1998. Taking over from Don to assist with the day-to-day operations in Silicon Valley is Colin O’Malley, LEED AP. Working closely with Don, Colin has been promoted to Managing Director of the Silicon Valley office. Nancy McEvers Anderson has been promoted to Director of Operations for the Bay Area; her management will continue the strength of operations between both offices.

Mick McCullough states, “Don’s broad experience with both the San Francisco and Silicon Valley markets made him the logical choice to lead the practice going forward. I have every confidence that he will improve upon the strong foundation that already exists.”
