Heller Designer Wins Prestigious Award
Hlynur Atlason and Atlason Studio, who recently designed two new products for the Heller brand, have received the prestigious Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum’s National Design Award for Product Design. This award recognizes and honors Atlason for the incredible work he has done in the areas of consumer products, packaging, and furniture design.
Atlason is one of the newest members of Heller’s Next Generation of Modern team of rising-star designers and has dedicated his time at Heller working with CEO John Edelman to redefine the modern lounge chair; the result is Limbo and Bluff, 100% recycled chairs that keep the comfort and timelessness of the lounge chair with an innovative and sleek twist.
