Gunlocke Announces Recent Bucket List Contest Winners

Dealer sales representatives to receive all-expenses paid dream vacations

Imagine being whisked away on a once-in-a-lifetime dream vacation… without spending a dime. The Gunlocke® Company has turned this fantasy into a reality for several lucky dealer sales representatives (DSRs) as part of the company’s ongoing Bucket List Contest promotions. This increasingly popular promotion offers DSRs the opportunity to transform accepted purchase orders into entries towards a “bucket list” vacation, showcasing the company’s commitment to celebrating and rewarding the success of its sales channel partners.

At NeoCon 2015, Gunlocke expanded upon the successful program by hosting its first-ever Unlock Gunlocke Bucket List Contest, offering select DSRs the chance to win an amazing vacation by visiting the company’s showroom. Prior to NeoCon kickoff, select DSRs received a mailing from Gunlocke with an enclosed key and keychain. The recipients were encouraged to bring the items to the showroom during NeoCon to exchange them for a key drawn from an assortment of 250 miscellaneous keys in an effort to find the one that successfully would unlock a special gift box – and a dream vacation. Paul Flavion chose the correct key, earning an all-expenses-paid trip to his choice of eight exotic destinations, as well as $1,000 spending cash, with just the unclick of a lock.

Flavion and a travel companion will choose to visit one of eight locations, each with a special experience built into the itinerary. In addition to $1,000 spending cash, he also will receive transportation, including a rental car if needed. Potential vacation locations include:

  • Indy 500 trip in Indianapolis
  • Rose Parade experience in Los Angeles

Quarterly, DSRs can earn the chance for their own dream vacation through the company’s Ultimate Accelerate Bucket List Giveaway promotion. Through this program, Gunlocke’s network of dealer sales representatives can earn credits toward a “bucket list” vacation each quarter. For each accepted purchase order entered by an eligible representative through Gunlocke’s Accelerate program during a contest quarter, the representative will receive one entry toward the vacation prize. This year’s second quarter winner is Christopher K. M. Leach, President of Contract Furnishings, Inc., in Denver, Colorado.

An additional “Bucket List Accelerator Incentive,” which runs this year through Dec. 31, boosts DSRs’ chances to win: Every purchase order with a net value of at least $10,000 entered into Gunlocke’s claim system by an eligible representative through the Accelerate program, and accepted by Gunlocke, will qualify that person for two entries for the current contest quarter. There will be one winner per quarter.
