Melissa has enjoyed being a part of the Soft Goods Industry since 1984. Prior to joining Rush & Company she held a number of key positions in the industry. Most recently Melissa was Eastern Regional Manager for Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, where she manager over $200MM in Sales and was awarded the Arnie Spriggs Award in recognition of Excellence in Building Outstanding Long-Term Relationships that Build Grown Profitably and Customer Satisfaction.
She holds a B.S. in Textile Technology from the University of Massachusetts as well as an M.S. Degree in Textile Technology from the Institute of Textile Technology is Charlottesville, VA.
