Chelsey Maldonado
Junior Project Designer
Chelsey joined Desks Inc. in October 2015 as a Junior Project Designer. Chelsey supports all Designers and Sales Team Leaders providing optimal architectural based and furniture based solutions for the modern workplace. As a Junior Project Designer, Chelsey works alongside furniture sellers to translate customer needs to specifications, installation drawings, renderings and 3D graphics, to facilitate efficient communication between all project stakeholders from initial meetings to final punch. Prior to Desks Inc., Chelsey was an Interior Designer in the Chicagoland area and is familiar with contract furniture. Chelsey has a B.S. in Interior Design from Indiana University, is proficient in a variety of computer based drawing, rendering and graphics programs, and is currently pursuing her NCIDQ certification.

Cynthia Limas
Project Manager
Cynthia joined Desks Inc. in October 2015 as a Project Manager. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture.
Since 1986 Cynthia has been working in the field of commercial design. During the course of her career she has worked as a Project Designer and currently holds the position of Project Manager.
Her background has allowed her to develop the capability to manage the life cycle of any given project. Cynthia’s responsibilities are, product coordination, schedule development, field supervision and follow up with client through to project completion.
The major accounts Cynthia has worked on during her career include, Wells Fargo, Pace Suburban Bus, Ace Hardware, Chicago Public Schools, International Paper, Home Depot, Dean Foods, Citadel LLC, LifeSource andCook County Hospital.

Marilyn Raga
Sales Coordinator
Marilyn joined Desks Inc. in October 2015 as a Sales Coordinator. As a Sales coordinator with Desks Inc., Marilyn provides support to the sales representatives and maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force.
Prior to Desks Inc., Marilyn had been a successful sales coordinator in the Chicagoland area for over nine months. Prior to sales coordinator Marilyn was in Medical Office Management for over 22 years. Her experience includes, excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer services.

Natalie Wing, EDAC
Senior Project Designer
Natalie joined Desks Inc. in November 2015 as a Senior Designer. Natalie is responsible for creating drawings and specifications on a variety of projects while supporting the day to day sales effort.
Natalie has a B.A. in Interior Design from Purdue University. Additionally she holds a M.A. from the Wright Graduate Institute centered on Transformational Leadership and Education. She has over 20 years experience as a designer in the industry with her most recent experience working as a Healthcare Designer for Herman Miller. She recently returned to the commercial industry utilizing her expertise on planning workspaces and the ability to work with a wide range of facility managers, architects and contractor trades.
Over the years, Natalie has worked in several markets throughout the United States. Some of these accounts have included Harley Davidson, AT & T and Mattel Toys. While locally in the Chicagoland area, her project experience includes Rush University Medical Center and University of Chicago. She concentrates on providing functional solutions tailored to the end users needs all while staying centered on project costs.
