Emerge212 – NYC’s premiere full-service office suite provider – shared design details of their newest space, a 56,000 square foot midtown office at 1185 Avenue of the Americas.
Highlights of the office’s unique aesthetic:
- Clean lines and modern design, realizing Emerge212’s mission to bring the best in design and hospitality to offices through beautiful yet highly functional spaces with hotel-like details including keyless entry and multi-functional furniture and sweeping views of 6th Avenue.
- Statement pieces, including a two-story, floor-to-ceiling moss wall; gold leaf, static touch glass table; boiled aluminum wall, blue wood floors, brass accents and lounge fireplace (the only type of fireplace zoned for commercial office use).
- A Serenity Lounge with noise-cancelling Bluetooth Beatnik Sound Station Chairs, for an immersive mid-day getaway.
- State of the art conference rooms with subtle yet sophisticated reflections of famous artists, including Picasso and Warhol conference rooms with cubism and pop-inspired décor, and strategic placement to keep group meeting spaces near reception to best facilitate seamless guest entry and any needed tech support.
- Unique amenities including a bicycle room designed to display rather than simply store equipment, a café with IT-outfitted tables/charging stations, and an appeal to the five senses through details like a signature scent (white fig & thyme) and music piped throughout the space.
