COFCO Expands with Acquisition of PBI in Annapolis, MD
Allsteel Inc., a leader in workplace furnishings, announces that COFCO, an office furniture and workspace solutions dealer, has acquired PBI, Inc., a 24-year old independently owned furniture dealer in Annapolis, MD. Beginning January 1st, 2019, PBI will officially change its brand name to COFCO and will become a branch office serving the Washington, D.C. metro area. Founded in 1946, COFCO has been one of Allsteel’s major furniture dealers since 1952.
