Christopher Guy Announces Seven New Appointments to CG Americas

Luxury brand Christopher Guy (CG) announced seven new appointments (five promotions and two new hires) to support CG Americas’ operational excellence.

“We continue to experience growth and our momentum requires exceptional professionals as we expand our organization here in North America,” said Paul Watson, president and managing director of CG Americas. “I am also delighted that five of our new appointments are through recognizing great talent and promoting from within our own company.”

Sandra Colyer — Vice President of Operations and Finance

Sandra will provide overall operations, HR, accounting, and finance leadership to the organization. Sandra joined CG in 2009 and assumed increased responsibilities as CG expanded and relocated to North Carolina, with her consummate professionalism, managerial skills, and dedication to the success of the organization.  Prior to joining CG, Sandra held senior management positions with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Getronics, and CrossCom National.  Sandra earned a BS from Drexel University and an MBA and Certificate in International Business from Seton Hall University.

Meghan Davidson — Director of Account Services

Meghan’s responsibilities will include the strategic and managerial support of the Account Services Team focused on order realization and post sales resolutions.  In addition, she will continue to support the Visual Merchandising Team’s trade show, show house, and showroom reset activities. Meghan joined CG in 2010 and was pivotal to the success of the 2013 relocation of the Operations Office to North Carolina.  During her tenure with the company, Meghan has been promoted three times in recognition of her professional growth, skill set, and dedication.

Tracey Lin — Marketing and West Hollywood Showroom Operations Manager

Tracey’s responsibilities include the support of CG Americas’ marketing requirements while also providing showroom operations leadership for the West Hollywood Showroom. Tracey is a graduate of Parson School of Design and joined CG in 2013, accepting successively responsible roles within the company including sales, marketing, and operations.  Tracey’s creative skills, willingness to take on a wide range of projects, and her focus on excellence is invaluable to the success of CG Americas.

DJ Lanzoni Director of Regional Sales, Midwest   

Known for strategic account development and relationship selling, DJ brings to CG 30 years of furniture industry experience in areas including sales, merchandising, customer service, marketing, and training sales teams.  He has worked for Reunion by Matthew Williams, Theodore Alexander, Henredon, and Maitland Smith/LaBarge. Dedicated and goal driven, he has developed and expanded territories in both retail and wholesale design; launched four major showroom expansions; and worked with senior management to formulate attainable distribution, product, and marketing goals.

Bryan Tickle Director of Regional Sales, Southeast

Bryan is an accomplished, award winning, sales and marketing specialist who brings extensive experience and leadership both from within and outside the furniture industry. He has 25+ years of furniture industry experience with multiple companies including Berkline Corporation, Jamison Bedding, Sunny Designs, and Tickle Imports. With Cogentix Medical, Bryan produced top tier sales results consulting with key decision makers in hospitals and private practices.  He is prepared to help grow CG’s sales and market share through his use of innovative solution selling.

Rose Mello Director of Regional Sales, Northeast and Canada

Rose, an accomplished interior design professional, is skilled in creating artistic, functional spaces. She uses her valuable talent for building and maintaining strategic alliances with clients and suppliers to great advantage.  Rose joined CG as Showroom Manager of the flagship New York showroom in 2013 and made immediate use of her wealth of experience in this multi-functional role managing staff and supporting premier clients.  She will use her exceptional client service, sales, and mentoring skills to expand and grow her team and region.

Scott RosenbergDirector of Regional Sales, West

After successfully managing an ever-growing sales territory for CG, Scott will now expand his responsibilities as Director of Regional Sales, West.  He brings not only vast experience in sales and strategic account development, but also 25+ years as owner and manager of a 22,000 foot designer showroom, and a home furnishings manufacturer’s rep group, both at the LA Mart Design Center.
