BIFMA Welcomes New Membership Services Director, Nicole Forward

After a year-long search, BIFMA is pleased to announce that Nicole Forward will join the association as the Membership Services Director. Nicole brings over fifteen years’ experience in non-profit organizational development. Having been responsible for membership growth, events, and programs she will contribute to BIFMA’s on-going initiatives to create added value for our members.

Her experience in building relationships with business and legislative leaders will greatly support BIFMA’s advocacy work on behalf of the industry.

Prior to joining BIFMA, Nicole served as Vice President of Development for the Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council (Michigan EIBC), a business trade association representing companies working in Michigan’s advanced energy sector. Nicole has also worked in development for several arts and cultural organizations, including the Grand Rapids Public Museum, the California Science Center, and the Los Angeles Zoo.

In addition to leading membership growth and engagement initiatives, Nicole will be responsible for overseeing and developing member services, programs, and events. Nicole holds a BA in Political Science from Michigan State University.
