Novità Communications Makes Inc. Best Workplaces 2023 List
The Novità team has made Inc.’s Best Workplaces list for the second time since 2021!
For Inc., the term “Best Workplace” is defined by a business’s culture and how that culture is nurtured, shared and built upon. This year’s list has been the most competitive yet. Thousands of companies applied to Inc. to be recognized as one of the best workplaces in America, but only a fraction earned recognition, including Novità. As part of the application process for this prestigious program, each of Novità’s twenty-six team members were asked to fill out an anonymous survey that measured above all else, company culture.
