Allsteel Leadership Brandon Sieben and Jason Hagedorn to Speak at Midwest Manufacturing Business Conference
Brandon Sieben, president of Allsteel Inc., a leading office furniture manufacturer, and Jason Hagedorn, the company’s vice president of Product Management & Development, are among the presenters at the Midwest Manufacturing Business Conference in Bettendorf, Iowa, April 24–25, 2017.
Sieben will join four other manufacturing CEOs from the region on an executive peer panel to discuss “Advanced Leadership Strategies.” The participants will explore their challenges in team growth, leadership, and how to bridge the gap between today’s organization and tomorrow’s needs. The interactive, moderated panel takes place on Monday, April 24, from 1:00–1:50 pm.
Hagedorn’s talk, “Serving the Market with a Portfolio of Products,” will show how any product offering can be viewed as a portfolio of individual profit engines, and will share real-life planning strategies to actualize that vision. The talk takes place on Tuesday, April 25, from 10:00–10:50 am.
Brandon Sieben

Brandon Sieben was named President, Allsteel Inc. in September 2015. In this role, Mr. Sieben is responsible for all aspects of Allsteel’s business (profit-loss).
Mr. Sieben joined HNI Corporation in 1994 and has since held multiple executive level positions, including President, Paoli; Vice President and GM – HNI Strategic Accounts, HNI Corporation,
Vice President Sales, Vice President & GM, Allsteel Dealer Network, Vice President, Marketing, Vice President, Corporate Accounts all at Allsteel. Mr. Sieben has also held several sales positions within HNI International.
Mr. Sieben holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Illinois, and MBA from the University of Iowa.
Jason Hagedorn
Vice President, Product Management & Development, Allsteel Inc.
Jason Hagedorn was named Vice President, Product Management & Development, Allsteel Inc. in August 2015. In this role, Mr. Hagedorn is responsible for strategy and direction for all Allsteel Product Engineering and Product Management.
Mr. Hagedorn joined Allsteel Inc. in 2005 and has since held multiple executive level positions including Vice President, Seating & Product Portfolio Management; Vice President and GM, Allsteel Dealer Network; and Vice President, Finance.
Mr. Hagedorn holds a Bachelor of Finance from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa.
