Sailing away with IFDA on the Willy Wall July 24th

The Honorable William Wall, affectionately called the “Willy Wall,” is Manhattan Yacht Club’s floating clubhouse. This Clubhouse is anchored in New York Harbor just north of Ellis Island and serves as a spectator platform for guests to watch sailing races, and enjoy the views.

How to get there: Ferry, Path and walk or drive and park.
Ferry Tickets sell out quickly so plan ahead. You may bring your own food but drinks must be purchased from the bar at Willy Wall.

Registration here only lets us know you will be attending and to look out for you. You still have to make a reservation to get out to the Willy Wall. See directions below. It is suggested you make those reservations soon as they do book up!

How to get there:

Manhattan Yacht Club. 140 Dudley St., Jersey City, NJ 07302

Uber or Car (street parking is available in the neighborhood- leave extra time)

Ferry- From Brookfield Ferry Terminal in Battery Park City.

Path Train- Take either the Orange line from 33rd St. toward Journal Square to Grove St. (Make sure the train is JSQ and not HOB (Hoboken))
or the Red line from World Trade Center toward Newark to Grove St. The club is a 13 min walk from the Grove St. station.

SPECIAL MANHATTAN TICKET on weekday evenings at 5:45 and 6:45 pm. These are $30. This ticket starts at the Brookfield Ferry Terminal in Battery Park City. Arrive at least 5 minutes before departure to check in with the Willy Wall rep in front of the “Little Lady” ferry slip. They will give you a ferry ticket and then you ride with them to the first stop “Warren St.” Manhattan Yacht Club is 2 blocks away where the Admirals’ Launch ferry will be waiting for you. At the end of the night, you can Uber or Lyft home or take PATH or another late night ferry.
