What You NEED to Know About ASID’s GATHER Conference🚨
The American Society of Interior Designers’ (ASID) National Conference GATHER is quickly approaching, so we want to make sure you have all the major details about the upcoming conference.
GATHER, held in Miami, Florida at the Intercontinental Miami Hotel, will take place September 21-24. At the conference, members from the many facets of the interior design community will gather and discuss the practice and its impact on lives and the world around us. With keynotes, 17 CEU hours, 6 workshops and 25 pop-ups, GATHER will offer a hub for practitioners from all different backgrounds to engage with each other and build lasting connections.

GATHER Registration
The GATHER 2022 Conference is open to all interior designers, students, educators, allied organizations and more! General registration is open until September 9 with onsite registration available starting September 21.
Full GATHER Registration rates include conference admittance and access to all general sessions, keynotes, education sessions, firm and project tours, the welcome reception, refreshment breaks and ASID en Blanc. Keynotes + Other Speakers
ASID has confirmed industry leaders, Carmeon Hamilton, ASID and Sheryl Connelly, as keynotes for this year’s GATHER.
HGTV Star Carmeon Hamilton’s 15 years of experience in health, retail and residential interior design will support her talk on the Diversity of Practice as she details her diverse background.
Sheryl Connelly has served as Ford Motors Chief Motorist for over 15 years and leads discussions on market trends, plans of action and strategic development. Her experience will aid in her discussion about where the practice of interior design is headed.
Other speakers at the conference will address an array of topics impacting modern interior design.

SCALE @ GATHER
ASID’s National Student Summit SCALE will also be held at the National Conference. Giving students an all-access pass to industry practitioners, mentors and leaders in interior design, SCALE @ GATHER will give aspiring interior designers the opportunity to fully explore the profession. This will bridge the gap between students and professionals and provide a space for students to learn from design thought leaders, build their network with industry members, and experience potential career paths.
