SMPS New York Announces Part 1 of Executive Roundtable Series

Series aimed at principals, C-Suite executives, business developers and marketing directors begins with Building Meaningful Profitability in 2019.

SMPS New York will host an Executive Roundtable Series, the first of its kind for the chapter, aimed at providing valuable profitability insights that can place the architecture and engineering industry on par with other professional services.

“This is an event unlike any our chapter has held,” explains Kourtenay Mott, president of SMPS New York. “It’s our goal to bring together the executives of our member companies and start a dialogue that explores how we, as service professionals, can increase our value to clients.”

The event will be hosted by Brent Robertson of Fathom, a strategic consultancy firm, who will guide attendees in a collective inquiry on profitability, provoking discussion with questions like:

What if efficiency wasn’t seen as an enemy to creativity, but an enabler of it?

What if everyone in the firm understood the business impact of their decisions?

What if we spoke about what really matters to our clients, instead of our own story?

What if our clients hired us because of how much value we create for them?

The Executive Roundtable Series: Part 1 – Building Meaningful Profitability in 2019 event will be held on Wednesday, February 27th, from 8a-10:30a at the Haworth Showroom, 125 Park Avenue, 2nd Floor. Registration is required: bit.ly/SMPSRoundtable.
