GET WITH IT, GET WELL
What Challenges are Holding us Back?
Why has the industry that so successfully restores health struggled to create metrics that optimize health within their facilities? Our industry is moving beyond the success of the sustainability revolution and focusing on the health and well-being of the participant’s within buildings. As the advantages of wellness become more widely understood and accepted, its fundamental elements will become cornerstones of standard industry best practice. While many of these metrics are clearly defined in other sectors of our industry, healthcare is still wading into the waters of wellness and working on determining them.
In this interactive panel discussion, we will bring together various industry experts, including YOU to talk about the process, progress, and challenges associated with the development and implementation of these standards in our healthcare facilities.
We would like to hear what YOU think are the biggest challenges in implementing environmental health impact tools and strategies in healthcare design. Please fill out our survey.
