Led by Moderator Nancy Fire, with Interior Designer Wesley Moon, Interior Designer and Lighting guru Charles Pavarini III, and Amy Figueroa, Benjamin Moore’s Brand Ambassador, they will discuss the importance and use of color and light in design.

IFDA Member Nancy Fire, the Creative Director and co-founder of her NYC-based company Design Works International, has used passion, creativity, and dedication to help clients update their brands, capitalize on emerging trends, and develop new product lines. In 2011 she was appointed the Design Director for both HGTV and their line of licensed products, HGTV HOME. Nancy was selected as a 2020 Style Spotter for the High Point Home Furnishing’s Market where she will be reporting on markets trends through video, print and digital platforms throughout 2020.

She travels the world extensively speaking to industry professionals about the latest lifestyle trends and tracking market trends.

Wesley Moon is interested and well-versed in all periods of design and decoration, believing that a subtle mix is what makes a home well-rounded and sophisticated.  After a decade of working with two premier design firms in Manhattan, as well as developing residential communities with Martha Stewart, he opened Wesley Moon, Inc. in 2008.

His project list includes New York apartments and townhouses, homes from Greenwich, CT to Montecito, CA, beach houses in the Hamptons, Fire Island, and south FL, and even a 125-foot motor yacht. He knows a client’s happiness is the cornerstone of his referral-based business; where he and his staff place equal importance on making beautiful rooms and on providing excellent client service. The adoration he feels for what he does reveals itself in every step of the collaborative and creative process, resulting in homes clients love.

IFDA Member Charles Pavarini’s decades of experience, and extraordinary creativity have made him a trend-setting Interior Designer, fluent in many design styles. Recognized by the design community for both Residential and Commercial Architectural Interior Design, his work is consistently highlighted with intricate lighting design elements and brilliant technological innovation.

His design sensibility typically incorporates an International style based in Classicism and a theatrical component in less-than typical ways. His firm, Pavarini Design, recipient of 33 design industry awards, including an IFDA’s Circle of Excellence Award, confirms his influence and leadership within the Interior Design Profession.

Amy L. Figueroa is an Architectural & Design Representative and Brand Ambassador for Benjamin Moore, North America’s favorite paint, color and coatings brand. Figueroa provides product specifications, continuing education courses, color tool resources, and networking events to bring people together as she instills key brand messaging and industry news. She has spoken at NY NOW and helps Benjamin Moore announce their Color of the Year.

Prior, she owned and operated her own Painting and Decorating Company  and she is a Certified Professional Life Coach and is a member of IFDA (where Benjamin Moore is a NY Chapter GOLD Sponsor).
