The Attorney:

After spending eight years on Wall Street she realized that her core finance and accounting skills were highly transferrable to small and mid sized companies, which is where she could make a bigger and more personally rewarding impact.

The Client Relationship Expert:

Richard R. Shapiro is Founder of The Center For Client Retention and a leading authority in customer relationship management and loyalty. For 30 years, Richard has spearheaded the research conducted with thousands of customers from Fortune 100 and 500 companies compiling the ingredients of customer loyalty and what drives repeat business. He is a best-selling author, international keynote speaker, and, an adjunct professor at FIT. He has created and delivered interactive workshops for showroom managers and sales associates for the New York Design Center and the D&D Building. As a recognized thought leader, his expertise is in developing strategies to ensure a quintessential customer experience and a high level of customer retention.

The Interior Designer:

J. Randall, Vice President Pavarini Design, manages their construction projects, coordinates project development, and interacts with all project tradesmen and the Clients. He plays an avid role in materials and finishes specification as well as procurement of furnishings and artwork traveling both nationally and internationally to source and share great product for a discerning clientele base. He has been a leader in the design of the company image and web presence while he maintains the roles of company author and controller.In 2016, Randall founded The Original Lawn Furniture Co. with partner, Charles Pavarini III. He is also an active IFDA NY Member.
