Throughout his career spanning across Europe and Asia, Marco worked across various sectors and industries, developing a diverse portfolio. With a forward thinking and optimistic attitude, he has been involved and led projects across the world, ranging from cultural to workplaces to mixed-use developments. He developed relationships based on confidence and trust, working with clients such as Droom en Daad, LEGO, L’Oréal, and Audi. Marco recognizes nature as a celebration of our love of life and a fundamental element of the relationship between humans and their environment.

Joseph White; Director of Design Strategy; MillerKnoll

Joseph White is the Director of Design Strategy at MillerKnoll. He brings over 20 years of design experience to the company’s ongoing research into human-focused place design and executing strategies around those findings. White earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee, where his studies opened explorations into nonverbal communication, color theory, and the interactions between people and their environments. From this academic core, he built a professional vita around one fundamental belief—that everything is connected.

Prior to MillerKnoll, White served as Director of Workplace Futures and Insight at Herman Miller, Director of Strategy at Rapt Studio, and in a variety of design roles for the noted firms HOK and FXFOWLE (now FXCollaborative). He has been a member of the IIDA, earned NICDQ certification, IDEX California certification, and LEED accreditation.
