What drives furniture decisions in the commercial built environment? Key attributes are: Aesthetics, Quality, Craftsmanship, Safety, Performance, Health & Wellness, Sustainability, and Verification. In this course BIFMA, the industry’s trusted voice for commercial furniture, will dive into each of these topics to explain their influence on the decision-making process for furniture in contract environments.

Alejandro Rengifo, Sales Enablement Consultant at Steelcase
Alejandro Rengifo, Sales Enablement Consultant at Steelcase and active BIFMA Faculty member, will present Attributes of Contract Furniture in July. Alejandro was born in Bogota, Colombia and is an architect by trade with +30 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. During his 24 years with Steelcase, he’s held a variety of workplace, educational, and consultative roles in Canada and the US. Alejandro currently resides in Dallas, TX with responsibility for the South Central Region and dealer training in Latin America.
