Ar贸

Renowned in the architecture and design community for its innovative, high performance commercial products, Wolf-Gordon introduces聽Ar贸 and Alluvia to Woven Upholstery 01 and Axel to Performance Upholstery 02 collections. The new textiles, designed by Wolf-Gordon Design Studio, will debut at Wolf-Gordon鈥檚 booth #1319 during NeoCon East 2015, October 28 & 29, 2015, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia.

Patterns:

Inspired by origami and M. C. Escher鈥檚 use of tessellations (repeating pattern of polygons that cover a plane without gaps or overlaps), Ar贸 has an architectural look with a soft, pleated structure. Made from Bella-Dura庐 yarns that are sourced, dyed, and finished in the US, this product is designed to provide ultimate performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. In addition to being highly abrasion resistant鈥攚hich is unusual for a pleated fabric鈥攊t is also certified Cradle- to-Cradle. Ar贸 is available in a range of sophisticated neutrals in beige, gray, and brown shades complemented by a concentrated “Citron” and vibrant “Cobalt.鈥

Wolf-Gordon.Alluvia
Alluvia
Inspired by the stratification seen in sedimentary rock formations and riverbeds, Alluvia has a flowing horizontal orientation. The colorways take cues from nature鈥檚 palette with combinations of earthy clay, rock, and soil tones; verdant greens and golds; and cool, refreshing aqua hues. Cradle to Cradle certified Bella-Dura fabric is designed to withstand exposure to environmental conditions, indoors and out.

A dimensional geometric design, Axel is beautiful enough for hospitality interiors and tough enough for institutional environments. WG Design Studio used existing faux leather Leone Plus and embroidered a crisscrossed grid, adding dimension, texture, and visual interest. Available in versatile black or white, this elegant pattern adds sophistication to commercial environments while remaining stain- and moisture-resistant, anti-microbial, easy to clean, and designed to withstand up to 80,000 Wyzenbeek double rubs.
