Three H introduces Sutton, a modular zoning system designed to bring purpose, clarity, and connection to open-plan workplaces without the need for permanent walls. Previewed at NeoCon 2025, Sutton is now available for ordering.
Developed by Lee Fletcher, VP of Product Design, alongside the Three H Product Development Team, Sutton was built around a simple observation: people don’t work in one mode. They move between collaboration, focus, and pause throughout the day, and their environments should move with them.
Through a flexible system of benches, shelving, alcoves, planters, pergolas, and curtains, Sutton defines space with intention while keeping environments open and connected. Each component works independently or as part of a system, allowing designers to create subtle transitions or more defined zones depending on the needs of the space. The result is a structure that supports flow rather than interrupting it.
“I’m very compelled by the systems nature of furniture — that it’s not just a static object; it’s an object that needs to do a lot of things for a lot of people,” says Lee Fletcher, VP of Product Design at Three H.
Designed for flexibility and ease of planning, Sutton gives specifiers the ability to define distinct zones within an open plan, from focus areas and team neighbourhoods to welcome spaces and retreat zones, without committing to fixed architecture.
Sutton pairs seamlessly with Harris, Three H’s comprehensive locker system, creating a workplace ecosystem that supports the full rhythm of the workday, from arrival and storage to focus, collaboration, and transition.
The name draws from Sutton Bay on Lake Temiskaming in Northern Ontario, reflecting the landscape and sense of place that continue to shape Three H’s design philosophy and northern roots.
