Teknion has achieved the JUST 3.0 Transparency Label from the International Living Future Institute. Often described as a “nutrition label” for organizations, JUST evaluates companies through data-backed disclosures across areas like diversity, leadership representation, benefits, and community impact. Through the 3.0 certification process, Teknion implemented measurable policy changes, including extended maternity leave, expanded tuition reimbursement, and a healthy living program, while increasing the number of women in leadership roles.
“Achieving the 3.0 accreditation is a testament to our sustained corporate social responsibility efforts and our commitment to transparency, fairness, and creating an environment that values our employees and strengthens the communities we serve,” said David Feldberg, CEO & President of Teknion.
