Tangram Named Among “Best Places to Work in Orange County”
Tangram Interiors, a provider of highly creative commercial interior environments and workspaces, has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in Orange County” by the Orange County Business Journal. The journal’s rankings are divided into groupings based on employee count, with Tangram placed in the Large Employer category.
The county-wide survey and awards program is designed to benefit the county’s economy, workforce and businesses by recognizing and honoring its best places of employment. The program was created in 2009 and is a project of the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group.
The competition consists of a two-part process. The first was an evaluation of each employer’s workplace policies, practices and demographics, with a weighting of approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second involved an employee survey to measure their experience, with a weighting of approximately 75%. The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and applied its expertise to determine the final rankings.
