Tangram Named Among “Best Places to Work in Orange County” for Fourth Consecutive Year by OC Business Journal
Tangram, a curator of highly creative commercial interior environments and workspaces, has been named as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Orange County for the fourth year in a row. The awards program was created in 2009 and is a project of the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group.
The county-wide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce and businesses. The rankings of 100 area companies are grouped based on employee count, with Tangram placing seventh in the Large Companies category, up from fourteenth last year.
Organizations from across the county entered via a two-part process. The first consisted of evaluating each employer’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and used its expertise to determine the final rankings.
