Tangram Donates 61 Classroom Chairs for Children Being Home Schooled at Orange County Rescue Mission
Tangram, a curator of highly creative commercial interior environments and workspaces, has made a donation of 61 stylish and versatile classroom-style chairs to the non-profit Orange County Rescue Mission in Tustin, California.
The organization serves homeless men, women and children from all walks of life. Many are survivors of abuse, addiction and abandonment. Assistance to those in need is provided in the areas of guidance, counseling, education, job training, shelter, food, clothing, healthcare and independent living communities.
The 61 Steelcase Node chairs donated by Tangram were needed to complete the Mission’s existing classroom setup and will be used by children who are currently being home schooled at the facility. They are mobile and designed for quick transitions in the classroom to support a range of learning modes and styles in a setting that can be arranged and rearranged quickly and easily.
