In his new role, Koorosh Sharghi will build on Studio TK’s success while broadening the reach of the brand and the business.
Studio TK, a contract furniture company focused on developing social applications, welcomes Koorosh Sharghi as the company’s new president. Having recently celebrated its 10th Anniversary, Studio TK has enjoyed great success offering a fresh elegant, contemporary design to blend seamlessly, not only in the office, but with hospitality, residential interiors, academic environments, and public settings.
Applying a people-first approach in his new role, Sharghi looks to broaden Studio TK’s reach within social and collaborative environments, and holistically expand the brand. “Giving the best service to our customers, producing intentional, relevant and quality products, and being the number one advocate for the brand are my top priorities,” says Sharghi. “Studio TK is on the cusp of one of the largest office design transformation movements to date. Over the past few years, we have seen collaboration and social spaces become even more important. In this role, I’m excited to build on our momentum to promote Studio TK as a resource for dealers and designers alike.”
Sharghi joins Studio TK with several years of experience working for commercial furniture and contract product manufacturers. He made the switch to commercial furniture almost five years ago, having previously served as an executive officer before becoming division president at a modern office furniture manufacturer. Starting his career in hospitality at Marriott International working in finance, Sharghi then transitioned to the world of consumer products when he represented brands including Huggies, Kleenex, Sharpie, and Papermate under a business and marketing scope.
Koorosh Sharghi earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in accounting and business/management from Tennessee Wesleyan University.
