Dear Valued Customer,
As we approach Thanksgiving, I’d like to embrace the spirit of the season and thank you for your continued support and loyalty as we transitioned from two companies into The Robert Allen Duralee Group. This past year has provided many exciting opportunities for our new company; however, it also presented the expected challenges, as well as several unanticipated challenges, that are faced by a newly merged company. I want you to know that I am keenly aware that merger-related issues have at times impacted our ability to provide the level of customer service that you expect us to deliver. I speak for all employees of The Robert Allen Duralee Group in expressing our appreciation for your flexibility and loyalty during this time.
Please know that our dedicated staff members have been working diligently to address these issues. I am immensely thankful to work with such a talented and impassioned staff and I am pleased to report that the biggest challenges are behind us. However, there is still work to be done. We are committed to improving our websites and our systems to create the best shopping experience in the industry. With the best and brightest sales force, both on the road and in the showrooms, and remarkable product created by the most talented design staff in the industry, I am looking forward to 2018 with much promise.
My wish for this upcoming year is that you, our valued customer, continue to believe in us—to shop our brands, pull our books, browse our websites, call our reps and visit our showrooms. When you do, you will undoubtedly see and feel our commitment to you. I also ask that you believe in the trade companies and patronize them. This industry is a symbiotic one. With your support, we look forward to continuing to provide you with our creative, colorful and expansive collection of fabrics, furniture and hardware to create extraordinary interiors.
