SouthLoft Crafted Concepts To Open a New Warehouse and Workshop in Dallas-Fort Worth

The custom furniture manufacturer purchased a 16,000 sq ft warehouse to accommodate fast company growth

SouthLoft, a Dallas–Fort Worth–based manufacturer redefining custom furniture with a quality-first mindset, has purchased a 16,000 sq ft warehouse and workshop located at 1007 Pamela Dr, Euless TX 76040, equidistant to both Dallas and Fort Worth. The new space will promote increased production and workflow, ensuring the team has the space and tools to meet new demands as its clientele continues to grow.

Since its inception in 2014, SouthLoft has evolved into a large-scale operation with commercial and residential clients across the United States. Colby Murphy, founder of SouthLoft, began building furniture in his dad’s garage, funding his first equipment purchase by selling his car. What started as a passion for metal fabrication and modern design has since evolved into a nationally-recognized studio that combines artisan craftsmanship with a collaborative design process to deliver durable, bespoke furniture tailored to each project’s unique needs. Notable clients include FB Society and subsequent restaurants such as 60 Vines and Mexican Sugar, as well as national brands like Fogo de Chão and Gordon Ramsay Burger.

This new facility significantly increases the company’s production capacity and includes expanded workshop stations, advanced machinery, upgraded finishing areas, and more. With this expansion, SouthLoft will be able to reduce lead times, support larger commercial projects, and increase its inventory materials.

“When we first started SouthLoft, I took uncalculated risks and trusted my gut for years. This warehouse is a step in the right direction and a result of all those risks that have paid off,” says Colby Murphy, founder of SouthLoft. “Since the beginning, our team has been extremely dedicated to our work and our clients goals, and as I’ve watched us grow in the last year, it’s nice to provide the team with a bigger space to call home.”

With the new warehouse comes new team members to help with project management and production. In the last year, the team has added Jared Peers, Lead Marketing Designer specializing in UX design and web design with a tech savvy mindset and customer-forward business approach. Additionally, the team has added Jules Perez, an entry-level fabricator on the Production team with a strong artistic and creative background.

SouthLoft will continue to provide high-quality, durable furniture to clients locally and nationally in the new warehouse. If you’d like to learn more about SouthLoft, please visit https://www.southloftcc.com/.
