Perfect lighting at your desk can be difficult, between harsh fluorescent, overhead lighting to the inevitable computer-screen glare. Fortunately, visionary of modern lighting, Robert Sonneman, crafted a flawless solution.
SONNEMAN—A Way of Light’s new Pluck floor and wall lamps boast design that exhibits freedom of movement, a clean aesthetic and refined, flexible LED lighting to illuminate the surrounding space. This new collection features a dramatically poised, lightly scaled silhouette with unexpected form that translates seamlessly into any interior. Sonneman’s Pluck floor and wall lamps are composed with a crisp-edged, puck-like disc, which is held by a magnet to a rubberized ball at the end of a thin, flexible and stunning arc. This innovative composition allows for freedom of movement and can adjustability to any desired position.
With unique functionality at the heart of its design, the arc height adjustability allows Pluck to swing out for maximum extension or be folded against the wall. The Pluck lamp lens demonstrates uncanny technological innovation through the incorporation of four layers of film diffusion, including a textured bottom layer that creates an evenly-distributed and glare-free radiance.
The Pluck wall and floor lamps are lined in perfect position with four-point touch activation to control the brightness of the LED light source, while a custom slide dimmer located on the puck’s top surface allows for additional lighting control. Pluck is available in two sizes and three finishes: Satin White, Bright Satin, Aluminum and Satin Black.
