Solomon Coyle Welcomes Carole Syse as New Consultant and Peer Group Facilitator

Solomon Coyle is thrilled to announce the addition of Carole Syse to our team as Consultant and Peer Group Facilitator. Carole joins us with 30+ years in the contract interiors industry, including 12 years in dealer sales and 18 years with Herman Miller and MillerKnoll in leadership roles spanning A+D, Higher Ed, and regional sales management. She knows what it takes to lead teams, grow a book of business, and adapt in a shifting market because she has done it.

Her experience and perspective on building strong teams, deepening client relationships, and leading with clarity resonates across the distributor channel and adjacent areas of the contract interiors industry. Her long-term commitment to leadership excellence inspires her to help raise up the next generation of leaders through strategic thinking, relationship building, and business development.

Carole’s focus at Solomon Coyle will be on supporting our Peer Group program, facilitating conversations, supporting business growth, and learning alongside members as they navigate the challenges and opportunities of today’s commercial interiors environment. She brings a deep belief in the power of listening to understand, particularly when working with distributor leaders, and sees her role as one of strategic partnership and grounded support.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Carole Syse to the Solomon Coyle team,” says Shelley Rosetta, Principal at Solomon Coyle. “Her depth of experience, leadership acumen, and authentic relationship-building approach are an excellent fit for our Peer Groups and the broader distribution and manufacturing community. Carole understands the realities of this industry because she’s lived them, and she brings a grounded, strategic perspective that will help our members continue to grow stronger.”

Outside of work, Carole is a lifelong sports fan (cheering on the Brewers, Badgers, and Packers), a proud wife and mom to two adult children, and a University of South Dakota alumni, where she studied Music Education and Communications.

We’re excited to have Carole on board and look forward to the value she’ll bring to our Peer Groups and the broader distributor community.
