Solomon Coyle Opens Registration for Summer 2026 Dealer Management Development Program to Secure Business Continuity

Solomon Coyle has officially opened registration for the Summer 2026 cohort of its Dealer Management Development (DMD) Program. This 3-month virtual experience is specifically designed to position dealerships for long-term growth and continuity by transforming high-performing managers into confident, cross-functional leaders.

As the industry faces a surge in consolidation and leadership turnover, many managers remain siloed, only seeing a fraction of the business picture. The DMD Program bridges this gap, providing the clarity and tools necessary for teams to lead through change and carry the business forward, whether an owner is planning to grow, transition, or step back.

The Summer Session kicks off with Orientation on July 7, 2026. The curriculum consists of 22 virtual, 60-minute classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 AM ET.
The comprehensive curriculum covers 22 critical industry topics, including:
● The Economics of Leadership: Deep dives into Dealer Economics, Financial Benchmarking, and Margin Erosion.
● Operational Strategy: Mastering Quote to Invoice objectives, Installation Economics, and Prototypical Estimating Methodology.
● Sales and Talent Management: Exploring Compensation Design, Role Definitions, and HR Management principles.
● Future Proofing: Specialized sessions on Business Planning and Transition Management.

The all-inclusive fee of $8,000 covers all instruction, materials, and assessments. Recorded sessions will also be available to participants throughout the course.
Registration is now live, with 20 seats available for the upcoming cohort. Interested parties can register at https://solomoncoyle.com/education/dealer-management-development/ or request an invoice by contacting support@solomoncoyle.com.
