Solomon Coyle Dealer Management Development Program for Steelcase Dealers

Registrations are now being accepted for Solomon Coyle’s Dealer Management Development (DMD) program being held for Steelcase–only dealers, starting in June.
This is a 3-month virtual learning experience designed for management-level individuals. Whether you’re a dealer principal trying to understand the business in a deeper way or a leader who wants to command broader working knowledge and tools, DMD is an appropriate development path.
As part of the program, each participant will complete two assessments through the Assessment Technologies Group (ATG) at the program start to establish a baseline. A follow-up assessment upon completion evaluates progress in key areas.
Program Schedule
Classes will be held online Tuesdays and Thursdays. Recorded sessions will be made available for future reference. Orientation is Thursday, May 25th, with classes starting Tuesday, June 6th. The all-inclusive cost of $7,500 covers instruction, materials and two assessments.
