Skram announces the appointment of Robert Wolf, Vice President Growth Marketing

Robert Wolf

Skram is pleased to announce that marketing veteran Robert Wolf has joined the company as Vice President Growth Marketing, a new role. Wolf comes from Swiss-based design brand Vitra, where he led the marketing for North America.

At Skram, Wolf will oversee marketing and a newly created contract division, with a focus on promoting the brand’s industry-leading designs and commitment to sustainability through online and offline platforms across B2B channels.

“We are excited to welcome Robert.” says Jacob Marks, Founder and President. “Having a best-in-class team is essential to providing new solutions for our clients and industry partners as we continue to build our presence and focus on innovation and sustainable growth for the future.”

“I look forward to telling the story of Skram,” says Wolf. “It’s thrilling to join a company with such a deep commitment to its products’ form, function, and materiality. And being able to combine my professional experience and background in sustainability, while working alongside a partner like Jacob Marks, is an incredible opportunity.”

Before joining Skram, Wolf was the Head of Marketing for Vitra’s North American business, responsible for its residential, office and airport units. Prior to Vitra, he worked with Georg Jensen as its Global Head of Marketing, dividing his time between New York City and Copenhagen. He spearheaded the transformation of that legacy brand into a contemporary design house by fostering collaborations with vanguard designers, including Marc Newson and Zaha Hadid.

Wolf will be based in New York City at the brand’s North America flagship showroom at the New York Design Center.
